Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Product received in defective condition

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

After approval and verification, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
